Losing a loved one can be a difficult and stressful time for family and sometimes the winding up of that person’s estate can be complicated. We offer a sympathetic and professional service to ensure that the administration of the deceased’s estate is carried out property and that those who are due to inherit receive their proper entitlement.

We act on behalf of the Executor to obtain details of all assets and liabilities and when necessary we will make an application to the Court for Confirmation. This entitles the Executor, with our assistance, to gather in the estate, pay off any liabilities and distribute to the beneficiaries. We can also deal with the necessary procedures in connection with the sale or transfer of the deceased’s home.
